Join HOKBEN as a Utility Supervisor and lead our critical infrastructure operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and preventive maintenance of utility systems (AC, chiller, AHU, boiler, compressor, cooling tower)
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and energy efficiency
- Lead and mentor utility technicians, providing technical guidance and performance feedback
- Diagnose mechanical failures and coordinate repairs to minimize operational downtime
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation
- Coordinate with other departments to support facility operational needs
- Monitor system performance metrics and recommend improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in utility system maintenance and supervision
- Technical certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical systems preferred
- Proven experience with cooling systems, chillers, AHUs, boilers, and compressors
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities for complex mechanical systems
- Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations
- Proficient in maintenance documentation and inventory management
