Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) including chemical dosing, filtration, and disinfection processes
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for pumps, valves, and treatment systems
- Ensure strict adherence to environmental regulations and safety protocols (ISO 14001 standards)
- Lead cross-functional teams including operators, technicians, and quality control staff
- Monitor water quality parameters and adjust treatment processes as required
- Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance documentation
- Coordinate with engineering teams for system upgrades and technology implementations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in water treatment operations with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Certification in Water Treatment Technology (WQA or equivalent) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of membrane filtration, chlorination, and SCADA systems
- Proven experience with regulatory compliance (SNI, WHO drinking water standards)
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical/electrical troubleshooting experience
- Excellent leadership abilities with demonstrated team development track record
