PT Bangunperkasa Adhitamasentra is inviting qualified professionals to join our team as a Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor at our Karawang Plant. In this critical role, you will oversee the operational readiness of our forklift fleet and general transport vehicles, ensuring that our production line remains uninterrupted and safe. We are looking for a proactive leader who can drive maintenance strategies and manage a team of skilled technicians.
As the Vehicle Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles meet strict safety standards, managing inventory, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules. If you are passionate about fleet management and possess strong leadership qualities, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily maintenance and repair of forklifts, trucks, and other transport vehicles.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and audits to ensure full compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Manage and coordinate the inventory of spare parts, lubricants, and maintenance tools.
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and drivers, ensuring high performance and safety standards.
- Coordinate with production managers to schedule vehicle servicing during downtime.
- Ensure all vehicle records, maintenance logs, and repair reports are accurately documented.
- Train staff on proper vehicle handling, diagnostic procedures, and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in vehicle maintenance supervision, specifically with forklifts and fleet management.
- Certification in forklift operation (LF/LG) and fleet management is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse technical team.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian traffic regulations and industrial safety procedures.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and basic diagnostic tools.
