Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Implement and monitor strict safety protocols to ensure a zero-harm workplace environment.
- Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to warehouse staff to foster a culture of productivity and professional growth.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate system records for all stock movements.
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance schedules and ensure all assets are in optimal working condition.
- Optimize layout and storage systems to improve operational efficiency and minimize material handling time.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics departments to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
- Prepare regular operational reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and resource utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience within a warehouse, mining, or heavy industrial setting.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Advanced knowledge of inventory control methodologies and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
