Line Seiki Phils. Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supplier Control and Quality Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the guardian of our supply chain integrity, ensuring that all incoming materials meet our rigorous quality standards before they reach production. As a Supplier Control and Quality Engineer, you will oversee the entire supplier quality lifecycle. This includes managing incoming non-conformance reports (NCR), conducting thorough quality audits, and driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with our vendors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, implement continuous improvement strategies, and ensure strict adherence to industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the disposition process for incoming non-conforming materials (NCR) and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Implement and monitor supplier quality systems to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) through rigorous supplier audits and performance reviews.
- Support supplier development activities, including technical assessments and capability reviews.
- Review and approve technical documentation such as PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions.
- Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify root causes and areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and statistical process control.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with external suppliers.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
