Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, execute, and monitor supplier quality improvement plans and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular supplier audits, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with international quality standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) investigations for supplier-related quality issues using 8D methodology.
- Drive supplier development initiatives to enhance process capability, manufacturing yields, and overall product reliability.
- Qualify new suppliers and manage the First Article Inspection (FAI) and Part Production Approval Process (PPAP).
- Track, analyze, and report on supplier quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in supplier quality engineering or supplier development within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of core quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven experience conducting supplier audits and a solid understanding of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with local and international suppliers.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
