Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential new suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors to achieve cost reduction targets.
- Develop and implement supplier quality improvement plans to minimize defects and streamline processes.
- Manage logistics coordination and resolve transportation or supply chain disruptions efficiently.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate supplier data within the company's ERP system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supplier development, vendor management, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, quality management systems (ISO), and logistics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proactive problem-solver with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel to supplier sites as required.
