We are specifically looking for a seasoned talent with hands-on experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment. Your expertise in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly), SMT (Surface Mount Technology), and mechanical assembly will be crucial as you drive quality improvements across our supplier network. You will act as a bridge between our engineering teams and our vendors, fostering relationships built on trust, transparency, and technical precision.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct supplier audits and quality system assessments to ensure compliance with Motorola Solutions and industry standards.
- Manage and monitor the quality performance of EMS suppliers, focusing on PCBA, SMT, and mechanical assembly processes.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by defining quality requirements and validating supplier capabilities.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for non-conforming products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor supplier quality engineers to enhance overall supply chain quality maturity.
- Track and report key quality metrics, including First Pass Yield (FPY) and defect rates, to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Supplier Quality or Quality Engineering, specifically within an EMS environment.
- Deep understanding of PCBA processes, SMT technologies, and mechanical assembly methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data and schematics.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate with vendors and lead cross-functional meetings.
- Ability to travel to supplier sites and manufacturing facilities as required.
