Join ICHOR Systems as a Supplier Quality Engineer and become a pivotal force in our manufacturing excellence journey. This critical role focuses on developing and optimizing our components, materials, and special process suppliers to ensure uncompromising quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive supplier quality management systems and processes
- Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and performance evaluations
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for supplier-related quality issues
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to qualify new suppliers
- Monitor supplier quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001, AS9100) and regulatory requirements
- Manage supplier documentation and quality records
- Facilitate quality improvement workshops with supplier partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supplier quality management
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D)
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA) preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or aerospace industry highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in quality management software and ERP systems
