Join Wolfspeed Malaysia as a Supplier Quality Engineer and drive excellence in our manufacturing ecosystem. This critical role involves managing and enhancing quality performance across backend manufacturing operations, subcontractors, and external OSAT suppliers. You'll implement robust quality control systems, conduct supplier audits, and ensure compliance with international standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and optimize processes. Your expertise will directly impact product reliability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency in our semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage quality performance of backend manufacturing lines and subcontractors including OSAT suppliers
- Develop and implement quality control systems for manufacturing processes
- Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams on quality enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years in quality engineering or supplier management
- Experience with OSAT and backend manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
