Join Boston Scientific as a Supplier Quality Engineer and become a key driver of excellence in our supply chain. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive continuous improvement and corrective action for supplier component quality
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards
- Investigate root causes of quality deviations and implement preventive action plans
- Develop and maintain quality agreements with key suppliers
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing to resolve supplier-related quality issues
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and report quality trends
- Support new supplier qualification and onboarding processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or manufacturing quality
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Expertise in root cause analysis methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
- Experience with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, PPAP, Control Plans)
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Excellent communication skills with cross-cultural supplier interactions
