In this position, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing robust quality management systems, conducting thorough supplier audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our supply chain.
As a key member of our quality team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve quality issues, develop supplier performance metrics, and implement corrective action plans. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing product reliability, reducing costs, and maintaining our competitive edge in the semiconductor industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct supplier quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for incoming raw materials and components
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality-related issues
- Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
- Stay updated on industry quality standards and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality processes, audits, and corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality management or quality engineering
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D)
- Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier collaboration
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools
- Certification in Six Sigma, CQE, or related quality management is a plus
