RoboX is seeking a skilled Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to join our dynamic team in Jurong West. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the quality system assessment during the new supplier onboarding process, ensuring that all partners meet our rigorous quality and compliance standards. You will be instrumental in identifying risks, managing supplier performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our supply chain.
As an SQE at RoboX, you will act as the bridge between our engineering teams and external suppliers. Your expertise will help us mitigate quality risks early in the product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless production and delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the quality system assessment and auditing process for new and existing suppliers.
- Manage the full supplier onboarding lifecycle, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate quality risks within the supply chain to prevent production issues.
- Investigate and resolve non-conforming product (NCP) issues with suppliers using root cause analysis tools.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and quality scorecard evaluations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Quality.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100.
- Proficiency in quality tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence supplier performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
