Tanggung Jawab
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve quality standards and inspection criteria for all incoming materials, components, and assemblies from external suppliers.
- Conduct thorough supplier audits and process assessments to evaluate compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and other relevant quality management systems.
- Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for supplier-related non-conformances using structured methodologies such as 8D, Six Sigma, and DMAIC.
- Manage the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) process from initiation to closure, ensuring effective containment and long-term preventive measures.
- Develop, monitor, and report supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including PPM defect rates, Lot Acceptance Rate (LAR), and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, and Production teams during New Product Introductions (NPI) to ensure supplier readiness and capability alignment.
- Perform regular incoming quality control (IQC) inspections and coordinate with logistics teams to prevent non-conforming materials from entering the production line.
- Drive supplier development initiatives and cost reduction programs through defect prevention, yield improvement, and process optimization at supplier sites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, Vendor Quality Assurance, or a similar role within the electronics, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing industry.
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) core tools.
- Hands-on experience with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
- Proficiency in using standard measurement and inspection equipment (e.g., CMM, Optical Comparators, Microscopes, Surface Roughness Testers).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to travel to supplier sites as required.
