Join Lam Research as a Supplier Quality Engineering Manager (Radio Frequency) and drive excellence in supplier product inputs that power our cutting-edge semiconductor solutions. You'll lead critical initiatives ensuring RF components meet stringent quality standards, directly supporting Lam's mission to deliver high-performance, reliable products to global markets. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in RF engineering and strategic supplier management to mitigate risks, drive continuous improvement, and foster collaborative supplier relationships. You'll champion quality methodologies across the supply chain while maintaining alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement supplier quality strategies for RF components and systems
- Lead supplier audits, assessments, and corrective action processes
- Collaborate with R&D and procurement teams on RF component specifications
- Drive Six Sigma/Lean initiatives in supplier quality programs
- Manage critical supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and RF industry standards
- Investigate and resolve complex quality issues in RF product inputs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- 8+ years in supplier quality management, with 3+ in RF technology
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent quality methodology expertise
- Experience with RF component testing (e.g., S-parameters, impedance matching)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ESD standards
- Proven leadership in cross-functional supplier development programs
- Experience with APQP, PPAP, and FMEA for RF components
