Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement supplier quality management systems and processes
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier facilities and processes
- Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams to select and qualify suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and address quality issues promptly
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality problems
- Establish quality standards and specifications for purchased materials and services
- Train and mentor suppliers on quality requirements and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in supplier quality management
- Experience in technical construction or technical procurement
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA) is preferred
