In this crucial position, you will take direct ownership of supplier discovery, qualification, and overall relationship management for our key product categories.
As our Sourcing Specialist, you will act as the vital bridge between international markets and our internal business units. You will leverage your negotiation prowess and international sourcing experience to secure competitive terms, assess manufacturer capabilities, and ensure that quality benchmarks are met. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the end-to-end supplier lifecycle, from initial discovery and qualification to performance evaluation.
- Identify and negotiate competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, MOQs, and lead times with overseas manufacturers.
- Cultivate and maintain collaborative, high-value relationships with global suppliers and international partners.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and risk analysis to identify potential supply chain vulnerabilities and new sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, product development, and quality assurance teams to align on sourcing specifications.
- Monitor and audit active suppliers to ensure ongoing compliance with established product quality and shipping schedules.
- Maintain comprehensive records of supplier databases, active negotiations, price catalogs, and regulatory compliance documents.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in international sourcing, global procurement, or supply chain logistics.
- Proven track record of success in negotiating with overseas manufacturers, particularly in Asian or global manufacturing markets.
- Strong working knowledge of international shipping rules, Incoterms, customs processes, and global trade regulations.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to navigate diverse cultural business norms.
- Highly analytical and organized, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, or specialized procurement software.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously and productively in a fully remote (WFH) setup.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
