Join ST Engineering Aerospace, a global leader in aerospace MRO and services. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supplies Executive to support our operations in Changi. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that critical parts are available for our maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities. In this position, you will act as the bridge between our inventory systems and our operational teams, ensuring that every component is tracked, stored, and dispatched correctly. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and parts.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records in the company's ERP system.
- Liaise with internal departments such as engineering, operations, and maintenance to fulfill supply requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies regarding material handling.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and documentation related to supply chain activities.
- Monitor stock aging and recommend actions for slow-moving or obsolete items.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or GCE 'O' / 'N' Levels in any discipline, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in inventory control, supplies, or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management principles.
