Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain global supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and business objectives
- Translate demand signals into executable manufacturing and inventory decisions using ERP systems
- Analyze supply chain data through BI tools to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs
- Facilitate cross-plant collaboration to synchronize production schedules and distribution networks
- Monitor key performance indicators (OTIF, inventory turnover, stockout rates)
- Implement demand planning strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions
- Continuously improve planning processes through data analysis and best practice implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- 3+ years in demand/supply planning, inventory management, or logistics coordination
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and trends
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, sales, and procurement teams
- Knowledge of supply chain methodologies (S&OP, MRP, lean manufacturing)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to operational detail
