We are currently seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Supply and Inventory Specialist to join our vibrant team in Cebu City. In this critical role, you will be the linchpin of our supply chain operations, ensuring our inventory levels are perfectly optimized to meet the demands of our rapidly expanding business. You will work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain a world-class supply chain.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations to ensure continuous supply without overstocking.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to forecast demand and plan timely replenishments.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconcile discrepancies in the system.
- Analyze inventory data and KPIs to identify trends, slow-moving items, and potential supply chain disruptions.
- Manage the inbound logistics process, including scheduling deliveries, inspecting goods, and updating records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to resolve issues and negotiate favorable terms.
- Implement and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory status, order fulfillment rates, and cost-saving opportunities for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of solid experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in a BPO or fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site, in our Cebu City office.
