You will be responsible for managing critical purchasing documentation, maintaining accurate inventory records, and tracking the flow of goods to ensure timely delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process purchasing documents, including invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records and databases in real-time.
- Track the flow of goods and shipments to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Organize and maintain Supply Chain Management (SCM) data for reporting and analysis.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to schedule and track deliveries.
- Assist in preparing supply chain reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in logistics operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain administration or logistics support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
