In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive our manufacturing and transport strategies forward.
As our Supply Chain Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, forecast demand, and ensure seamless delivery from production to the end consumer. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Monitor inventory levels and production schedules to ensure operational continuity.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to track logistics performance and carrier reliability.
- Collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to streamline order fulfillment workflows.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding demand forecasting and supply planning.
- Execute root-cause analysis on supply chain disruptions and implement corrective actions.
- Evaluate vendor performance and assist in contract negotiations to optimize procurement processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or data analysis roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Working knowledge of inventory management software and supply chain modeling tools.
- Ability to communicate complex findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
