Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on demand forecasting, supplier performance, and logistical efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize lead times and reduce operational expenses.
- Maintain and update supply chain management systems (ERP) with accurate data.
- Assist in the selection and evaluation of logistics partners to ensure service quality standards are met.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain to prevent operational disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, inventory management, or demand planning.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
