As a Supply Chain Analyst, you are the key link between our customers, suppliers, and internal manufacturing teams. You will utilize sophisticated ERP systems and advanced data analysis tools to ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right time.
Your core mission is to manage materials, collaborate with customers & internal teams, optimize supply chain processes, and support the development of cutting-edge solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data to identify risks, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor material flow to support production schedules and meet customer demand.
- Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams (Production, Planning, Procurement) to resolve supply chain issues.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast potential shortages, and optimize inventory levels.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and shorten lead times.
- Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process by ensuring material readiness and supply chain alignment.
- Generate regular reports and KPIs on supply chain performance, including on-time delivery, inventory turns, and cost variances.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers, negotiating terms to ensure the best value for the organization.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and ensure data integrity across platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain, procurement, or materials planning role, preferably within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices, inventory management techniques (e.g., JIT, Kanban), and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
- Professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, APICS) is an added advantage.
