Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management to track supply chain KPIs and operational health.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of supply chain management software and ERP systems.
- Conduct risk assessments on supply chain processes and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or a similar operational role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local Malaysian logistics regulations and market dynamics is a plus.
