Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Manage and optimize supply chain planning workflows using Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor logistics performance and inventory health.
- Lead root-cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and implement preventative measures.
- Execute demand planning and forecasting processes to ensure optimal stock levels across regions.
- Provide actionable insights and data-backed recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics analyst role.
- Proven proficiency in Blue Yonder (JDA) supply chain modules is mandatory.
- Advanced data analytical skills, including mastery of Excel and experience with SQL or BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and inventory management principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to diverse stakeholders.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced operational environment.
