Your day-to-day activities will include assisting with weighbridge operations, managing logistics documentation, tracking deliveries, and supporting various daily supply chain functions. You will work closely with our warehouse and transportation teams to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with weighbridge operations and ensure accurate weighing of goods
- Manage and maintain logistics documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping manifests
- Track deliveries and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Support daily supply chain operations and coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
- Resolve logistics issues and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
