Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily management of supply chain operations within a QSR environment, ensuring seamless logistics flow.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and manage stock transfers between branches.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and transport teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Process purchase orders and assist in supplier relationship management to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system and generate regular stock reports.
- Support the procurement team with data analysis and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards during storage and handling.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or food service industry is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles and logistics procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
