As a key liaison between the supply chain function and various business units, you will be instrumental in aligning procurement, logistics, and inventory strategies with overall corporate goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with cross-functional business units to develop demand forecasts and align supply chain initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Drive procurement and sourcing strategies, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high quality and service levels.
- Lead contract negotiations with key suppliers and manage vendor performance through established KPIs and SLAs.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Champion continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance supply chain resilience.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and sustainability goals within the supply chain function.
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations management.
- Demonstrated success in a business partner or strategic advisory capacity, working closely with senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, financial, and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to work on a project-based (fixed-term) engagement based in Pasig City.
- Background in Manufacturing, Transport, or Logistics is a significant advantage.
