We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $2,800 – $3,000 per month, which can go up to $3,200 plus a Variable Bonus. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor the daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage inventory records, conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, warehouse staff, and internal departments to resolve logistical issues.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and packing lists.
- Assist in the procurement process by sourcing suppliers and evaluating their performance.
- Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on the status of orders.
- Optimize supply chain workflows to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a supply chain or logistics coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Valid work pass (if applicable for international candidates).
