Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule the inbound and outbound logistics for raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure data integrity.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to resolve delivery delays and ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading and invoices.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and generate performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the production team to align material availability with production schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Operations role within the manufacturing sector.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Problem-solving mindset with a high attention to detail.
