Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end import/export shipment clearance processes from booking to delivery
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, trade policies, and operational requirements
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, invoices, certificates, and customs declarations
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities
- Track shipments proactively and resolve clearance delays or compliance issues
- Maintain accurate logistics databases and compliance records

Kualifikasi
