In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that cargo moves seamlessly through the international supply chain while maintaining strict adherence to compliance standards.
As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you will manage end-to-end logistics processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations for domestic and international shipments.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely cargo delivery.
- Apply and monitor Incoterms to ensure correct cost allocation and liability management across all shipments.
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment cycles to meet demand.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international trade regulations and customs requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or cargo coordination.
- In-depth knowledge of Incoterms and international commercial trade practices.
- Proficiency in ERP or logistics management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships across different levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
