The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Supply Chain Customer Service Representative (Korean Speaker) to join our shared services team in Taguig City. This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless supply chain operations for our key markets. You will serve as the invaluable link between Goodyear and our Korean-speaking business partners, managing the end-to-end order lifecycle with precision and care. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking clients, resolving inquiries related to order management, shipping, inventory, and invoicing.
- Process customer orders accurately within the SAP system, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, warehousing, and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any disruptions.
- Proactively monitor service levels and implement corrective actions to meet established KPIs.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, claims, and disputes in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management and stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or higher) and excellent verbal/written English skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or a related field (BPO experience is a strong plus).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP S4/HANA, Oracle, or JDE) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to handle pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig City (Amenable to Manila dayshift or shifting schedule as required).
