In this highly strategic role, you will serve as the crucial bridge between our supply chain operations and our advanced data analytics capabilities. You will translate complex business requirements and information management needs into scalable data products, intuitive dashboards, and compelling insights that drive decision making at the highest levels. Your primary focus will be on leveraging data to optimize inventory levels, improve demand forecasting accuracy, enhance logistics performance, and identify significant cost-saving opportunities across the Southeast Asian region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Translate business and supply chain management needs into scalable data products, dashboards, and self-service reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Perform deep-dive analyses on supply chain data (procurement, inventory, logistics, order management) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to forecast accuracy, inventory turns, on-time delivery, and supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, IT, Sales, Finance) to gather requirements, understand pain points, and deliver data-driven solutions that meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain predictive models and statistical analyses for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and risk assessment.
- Automate manual data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using SQL, Python, or VBA to improve team efficiency and data accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance across supply chain data sources, establishing best practices for data management.
- Present complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2 to 5+ years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role, preferably within Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex querying, data blending, and database management.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (dashboard design and implementation).
- Proficiency in a programming language for data analysis (Python or R). Experience with statistical modeling is a significant plus.
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management principles (Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, Procurement).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a drive for data accuracy. Ability to work with large, complex datasets.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in additional regional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia) is advantageous for stakeholder management.
