Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory monitoring, stock organization, and quality control.
- Coordinate and supervise the loading and unloading processes to ensure product safety and accuracy.
- Manage logistical planning for nationwide deliveries to ensure timely transit and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Liaise with internal teams and external transport partners to streamline the supply chain process.
- Ensure the warehouse facility complies with safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Resolve any logistical issues or shipment discrepancies that may arise during the delivery process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and coordinate with manual labor or delivery teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for inventory management and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Ability to perform hands-on physical duties as required by the nature of furniture logistics.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
