Tanggung Jawab
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory cycles, and ensure optimal stock availability across all distribution points to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Logistics Coordination: Liaise with third-party logistics providers and internal transport teams to oversee the timely delivery of goods, ensuring all delivery schedules are met.
- Supplier Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, resolving delivery issues, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Cost Optimization: Analyse supply chain costs and identify areas for improvement to reduce operational expenses while maintaining service quality.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and interpret supply chain reports, including KPI tracking (OTIF, fill rates) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain process and propose innovative solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and supply chain documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or retail operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Driving License: Valid driving license is required as frequent site visits may be necessary.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
