Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Conduct regular site visits to our farms to monitor inventory levels and quality standards.
- Liaise with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Participate in customer meetings to resolve supply issues and improve service levels.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, inventory audits, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows and reduce waste.
- Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards during all transportation processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Willingness to travel frequently for farm visits and operational coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle logistics challenges in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
