In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence, ensuring the seamless flow of goods through our inbound and outbound logistics networks.
As our Supply Chain Executive, you will take ownership of raw material planning and warehouse efficiency. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to optimize stock levels, mitigate supply chain risks, and maintain the highest standards of operational productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
- Lead raw material planning (RMP) activities to ensure production targets are consistently met without stockouts.
- Manage RMP warehouse inventory accuracy, conducting regular cycle counts and identifying process bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal procurement teams to streamline lead times.
- Monitor logistics performance KPIs, reporting on variances and implementing corrective actions for operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (HSE/ISO) within the logistics and warehousing facilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve warehouse space utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehousing within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Deep understanding of raw material planning, inventory control, and logistics scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
