- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution coordination.
- Oversee procurement processes to source materials efficiently and maintain supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement control measures to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and import/export documentation.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify trends and optimize operational costs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align supply activities with business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and compliance documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Strong understanding of international trade compliance, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex logistical problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
