Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including order processing, shipping schedules, and stock replenishment.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve any logistical bottlenecks or supply chain interruptions promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on supply chain metrics, logistics costs, and warehouse throughput for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with import/export regulations and company safety standards.
- Support demand planning initiatives by analyzing historical data and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management within an MNC setting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a 5-day work week commitment.
- Knowledge of international shipping documentation and customs clearance procedures is highly advantageous.
- Proactive team player with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
