Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize the entire supply chain process, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies
- Oversee transportation and distribution to ensure efficient delivery of finished products
- Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and key metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
