Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring seamless integration between procurement, production, and distribution.
- Monitor and control inventory levels across all outlets to prevent stockouts and overstocking, optimizing warehouse space.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate terms, manage orders, and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies regarding transport and storage.
- Prepare and maintain accurate supply chain reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and procurement cycles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record in supplier relationship management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
