Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily logistics operations including inbound/outbound shipments, warehouse management, and transportation coordination.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate stock records.
- Plan and optimize supply chain routes and schedules to minimize costs and improve delivery performance.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare shipping documentation and manage import/export procedures efficiently.
- Support the procurement team in vendor evaluation and sourcing activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in logistics, supply chain, or a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookup).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs documentation is an advantage.
