Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process purchase orders from initiation to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure material availability and resolve any order discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock reconciliation to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Analyze order data to identify trends and suggest improvements for supply chain efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and prepare regular reports for management.
- Support logistics planning activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding shipment status and delivery delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in order management or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control, and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes is a distinct advantage.
