Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and logistics activities to ensure efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through regular audits and stocktaking.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
- Implement and monitor supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, shipments, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehouse.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Supply Chain or Warehouse role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
