In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our supply chain coordination, ensuring that shipments move seamlessly from origin to destination. You will work closely with freight forwarders, internal stakeholders, and logistics partners to optimize delivery timelines and reduce operational costs. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the analytical skills to solve complex shipping challenges.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners to track cargo status.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain bottlenecks to prevent delays.
- Analyze logistics costs and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export activities in the ERP system.
- Communicate proactively with internal departments regarding shipment status and potential issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations and customs documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Must be able to attend initial onboarding training at the KLCC office.
