We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Lead to join the dynamic team at Personal Collection Sdn. Bhd. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, driving excellence in forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management. You will be responsible for optimizing supply chain operations to ensure high product availability while maintaining cost efficiency and operational agility.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between procurement, production, and logistics, implementing best practices to streamline workflows. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to mitigate risks, improve lead times, and enhance overall supply chain visibility. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to align with business goals and demand forecasts.
- Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring optimal stock levels to minimize holding costs while preventing stockouts.
- Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production and sales teams to synchronize supply planning with market demands.
- Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal quality standards throughout the supply chain.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably within the manufacturing or retail industry.
- Proven track record in supply planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of local logistics regulations and customs procedures in Malaysia.
