You will take ownership of the full supplier lifecycle—from qualification and registration to performance evaluation and development. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end supplier qualification, registration, and onboarding process to ensure compliance with PETROS standards.
- Oversee and maintain the integrity of supply chain tools and systems used for SRM and performance tracking.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and implement development plans to improve quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries and disputes, ensuring professional and timely resolution.
- Analyze supply market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for strategic supplier partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate supplier capabilities with PETROS operational requirements.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor supplier health and provide actionable insights to management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain department to streamline procurement processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or vendor management, preferably in the oil & gas or energy sector.
- Strong technical proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supplier relationship management software.
- Proven track record in managing supplier audits, qualification processes, and performance improvement programs.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, procurement ethics, and supply chain risk management.
- Professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is considered a distinct advantage.
