Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and distribution efficiency.
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation planning, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to meet and exceed operational KPIs and safety standards.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and technological advancements to stay ahead of industry standards.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international logistics regulations and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data analytics tools.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of local and regional logistics, shipping regulations, and import/export processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or Six Sigma is considered a significant advantage.
